Brian was off early leaving Chris to consolidate his joker and regularly add further breaks, Brian recovered the break a few times but ran out of position each time.Sandy was 3k up in no time and as with most of the match the balls were on the home teams side allowing Sandy to steadily increase his lead toward a seasons pb.Nigel was up against it playing KH but Kev was unexpectedly off early and continued to struggle giving Nigel enough chances to take the 3rd game and match.Colin opened slowly giving Jean plenty of chances but as with all our guests tonight the opportunities were squandered, a 4k play out near the end saved some embarrassment. Alan opened with 2.7k and Mike struggled early on with the correct pace the game remained close with Alan extending his lead to 3k but a timely recovery from Mike and a well constructed 5k play out gave the gladly received 5-0 scoreline to the home team [Colin Southouse]
