Nigel played really well for his opening 6.5k break and Bob fought back getting to 5.5 break in reply before felling a peg. Chris started well and opened up a 2k lead but then fell away leaving Bella to take a few good chances to post a winning total, Phil and Lana sparred for half the game neither scoring much on the "interestingly changeable " Glynde table but Phil got the break back near the end to give the hosts a chance of recovery. Colin opened with1.9k but Matt played well to reply with a 4k break and added points regularly to take the game and match, Sandy and jack we close for a while as well but Sandy gradually opened up lead forcing an error from Jack at the bar. Nice evening with the Albion, won't say any more about the table as its being looked at by some experts shortly [Colin Southouse]
