Mike made a nice 5k break while Robbo kept leaving the balls over the pockets. Sandy and Jeans was a closer match but Sandy kept his breaks while Jean didn't. Kevin was off early but Colin failed to get the break back till it was too late a nice 4k from Kevin proved decisive. Chris Turner had a nice 4.5k break early on which gave Alan a mountain to climb with the Balls not being helpful. Phil was on top following a slow start with a 5.5k break but failed to keep it giving Legs his wining opportunity. A nice evening with the Hikers as ever and a seasons finale topped by a tremendous spread laid out by Dave Todd. We have all had a great time playing in Lewes this season, long may it continue thanks to all my team for turning out regularly with plenty of travelling to deal with. [Colin Southouse]
