A fun introduction to Alternate rules bb with some interesting shots played by some of the visitors, well done to Colleen winning on the last ball 200 against Mike being the pivotal game tonight possibly helped by some accidental scoring but all taken in good humour throughout. Some close games, plenty of laughs along the way. Bob played well to win the first and made a break of 740. Ian always in front against Dave in the 2nd. I managed to keep my scores to stay ahead of Colin. Colleen beat Mike with a last ball 200 after making a break of 740 earlier in the game, should have been more but for some reason Terry only scored the red ball as the same as a white throughout the whole game and that was noticed by anyone until the game was nearly over.... sorry to both Mike and Colleen! Phil and Jim had a very good game to end the night with Phil pulling away at the end with a break of 720. Excellent lamb casserole "thingie" provided by the Laughing Fish which was much appreciated by both teams. :) [David Ingram]
